Program Coordinator, Continuing Studies & Corporate Training

Okanagan College is hiring a continuing full-time Program Coordinator in Kelowna to develop and run new and existing Continuing Studies and Corporate Training programs with revenue targets. The role covers business development with corporate clients, course design and planning, recruiting and supervising instructors, and acting as the first point of contact for client and student concerns. A diploma or degree in a related area (sales, business, project management, instructional design, data or emerging technologies) plus 2 to 5 years of related experience is required. The desired start date is November 2, 2026 and applications close October 25, 2026; the position is hybrid.
