Health and Wellness Advisor

The City of Kelowna is hiring a full-time Health and Wellness Advisor in its Corporate HR department to support disability management, workplace accommodations and return-to-work planning for assigned client groups. The role administers short-term sick leave, long-term disability and WorkSafeBC claims, coordinates stay-at-work and return-to-work plans, advises leaders on legislative and policy requirements, and contributes to wellness programs. The posting is a Management and Exempt position based at City Hall, Monday to Friday, 7 standard hours per day. Apply through the City careers page by November 1, 2026.
