People and Culture Business Partner

BGC Okanagan is hiring a full-time People and Culture Business Partner in Kelowna to provide strategic and practical HR support to leaders and employees across the organization. The role advises on employee and labour relations, performance, attendance and conflict resolution, supports workplace reviews and investigations, assists with recruitment and onboarding, accommodations, leaves and return-to-work processes, and maintains HR records. The posting requires post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field, three to five years of progressive HR experience including work in a unionized environment, and a Class 5 driver's licence; CPHR designation (or progress toward it) is an asset. The schedule is 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and the posting is open until filled.
