Restaurant Manager

Lee's Overseas Restaurant is seeking a manager for its Penticton operation. Responsibilities include planning daily operations, preparing food and supply budgets, scheduling and supervising staff, monitoring performance, training employees, managing inventory and cash reports, following health and safety rules, and resolving customer concerns.
